Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your party supplies. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Party kits must be unopened and complete.
• Custom, personalized, and imprinted items can't be returned unless they arrive defective.

How to start a return

1. Email info@partytimetoday.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
3. Write the RA number on the outside of your package and ship it to: Party Time Today, Attn: Returns, 300 Lakeview Pkwy, Vernon Hills, IL 60061.

Refunds and exchanges

• Choose a refund to your original payment method, or store credit for the full value plus a 10% bonus that never expires.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return arrives and is inspected.
• Prefer an exchange? Let us know when you request your RA number.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered. In that case, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Damaged, missing, or late orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can fix it quickly.
